Our short crust shells are available in 3 shapes (from 3 to 8 cm). We propose you a fine pastry that stays crispy even when prepared in advance!

The nougatine shells :
Our nougatine shells are available in 3 shapes (from 3 to 8 cm). They are based on sugar and almond nuts. Thanks to their vegetable coating they can be prepared in advance and stay crispy!

The spoon:
We are also very proud to introduce to you a new shape in our range of pastry shells: the spoon! This product is exclusively designed for caterers and chefs and brings a new breath into the presentation of buffets.
